Swedish Massage- is your general relaxation/stress relief massage. It helps to improve circulation by pushing more oxygen through out the body, releasing endorphins that act as your body’s natural pain killer, it aids in relieving migraines and can even be beneficial in relieving depression and insomnia.

Deep Tissue-is a technique used in conjunction with your Swedish massage. It targets your problem areas like tight or knotted muscles in your neck, calves and back. It also helps to soften tired, overused muscles.

Sports Massage-is used to help the serious athlete of any level. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or semi/professional athlete, this type of massage will stretch and relax those tight overused muscles while increasing your range of motion and flexibility.

Thermal Palms Massage-is an awesome addition to your Swedish massage. It is a soft hand held heat modalitiy that is an alternative to the traditional Hot Stone Massage.  It provides long lasting heat and cusions to protect bones during massage.

On the Spot Massage-is used to as a focused massage to work to resolve pain and soreness in a specific area or area group such as neck,shoulders and back or glutes,hamstrings and quads. It is a combination of swedish,deep tissue, trigger point and stretching to bring relief.

Neuromuscular Therapy is the treatment of chronic and acute pain in the muscles and joints caused by trigger points, ischemic tissue and neurovascular entrapment. Specificity both in the techniques applied and in the attention paid to each muscle involved distinguishes this effective therapy from other types of bodywork.


Myofascial-is used in conjunction with any of the above massages. Myofascial helps to stretch the connective tissue that runs through out your whole body. It releases any area where the tissue may be hung up. It assists with reducing scar tissue, softening stretch marks & post surgery adhesion.

Reflexology-is a science based on the principle that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands which correspond to every organ, gland, and body part. The physical act of applying specific pressure using thumb, finger, and hand techniques result in stress reduction which causes positive physiological change in the body. Some benefits of reflexology are that it promotes balance and normalization of the body naturally also known as Homeostasis. It reduces stress and brings about a deeper state of relaxation. This relaxation in turn improves circulation and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients which feed/fuel the cells. This improves the body’s ability to heal itself. Other benefits of include; improved immune system, increased energy and stamina levels, more restful/restorative sleep and improved digestion and elimination. Clients usually feel like they are getting a foot massage but the benefits are so much more.
